Avoid colouring your extensions even if this is 100% Remy Human Hair because the hair is already coloured with professional chemical treatment. But if you still opt to colour your extensions, we recommend only colouring them darker. Please do not try to bleach as this will cause damage to the hair. When you touch up your colour, just touch up the root area. Avoid also tinting, perming or any other chemical processes as it will weaken the hair.

Can I style my extensions?

Yes. As your extensions are made of 100% Remy human hair you can use curling irons, straightening irons, hot rollers, etc . If you are having your extension styled at your hairdresser, please notify the hairdresser to have someone there to hold your extension back while blow dry.

Can I sleep with my clip-on extension?

No, we recommend that you take them out at night before sleep.

Can I wash my hair with my clip-on extension?

No. You have to take them out when you shampoo your hair . You have to wash the extension separately.

Will my clip-on extension fall out of my hair?

No. The extension will not fall out of your hair. If the piece is pulled, it will slip down a bit, but with one hand, you can reach under your hair and open and re-snap the clip.

You can not style synthetic wigs with hot appliances, you can only style them with a steamer. However, human hair wigs can be styled with blow dryers, curling irons or hair straighteners.

How often should I wash my wig?

The amount of time between cleanings of your wig depends largely on your lifestyle and environment. However, wigs should be washed at least every 2-3 weeks if worn daily.

How often should I wash my dreads?

You can wash your dreadlocks as often as you would with your normal hair, although it's important not to wash your dreadlocks in the first few days after getting it done. We suggest you use Soho Dread Shampoo as it is specifically formulated to keep your hair dry and your dreadlocks bonded together. Stop using a conditioner a week to 10 days before the process. Never use a conditioner after the process.

How do I wash my dreads?

This can be done in the shower as usual. Place a small amount of shampoo in the palm of your hands and stroke along the lengths of your dreadlocks. Avoid rubbing shampoo into the scalp. Avoid using a conditioner.
